Applying for Admission: What You’ll Need

To register your child at Little Oxford Nursery and Day Care, please provide the following admission documents:

* Completed Registration Form

* Completed Medical Form and Questionnaire

* Child's Passport including UAE Residence Visa page (Photocopy)

* Child's UAE National ID card (Original & Photocopy)

* Child's Birth Certificate (Photocopy)

* Four recent passport size photographs

* Child's Immunization Records (Photocopy)

* Registration Fees of Dhs 200/- (Non Refundable)
